This project focuses on the establishment & development of Parent Training and Information (PTI) Centers. It was funded by a US Department of Education grant for a period of five years (2000-2001, 2001-2002, 2002-2003 , 2003-2004, 2004-2005). The grantee is PSPN and it began October 1, 2001 and is funded at $125,000 a year; each of the seven sites will receive $7,500 a year from Pohnpei. POI will also provide training and TA for this grant to each site.
